Surprise, Surprise, there are 27 square dance clubs in Tokyo and hundreds of others across the country. The neat part is that no matter where you travel around the world. the dances are always caller in English.
I would just love to go to Japan and square dance, it would just be fun fun. In early 90's I went to a convention in the state of Washington and there was a square from Japan. It was fun, they were lovely people and great dancers.
We have 8 Japanese dancers join us for our New Years Eve dinner/dance at Whirl & Whirl SDC in Orlando. All were excellent dancers, three were callers, one was a cuer.
omg XD XD his pronunciation isn't even all that bad :p He's better understandable than some Dutch callers. And lol, japanese people in peticoats! That's a first XD

The sound is just a bit offset from the pictures. It gets worse the longer the video runf. That make it seem, the dancer dance before the calls.
