It's called " affirmative action "
He is also the first " affirmative action " president and is a perfect example of why affirmative action is so destructive.
Now people can see why Qualifications and experience is so important. All those who voted for him because he was black and because of that wanted to make history ( " affirmative action " ) can now understand.
Of course I'm just a dog so who cares what I think.

Anyone can speak better than that Obama guy. I heard he took speech therapy recently to quit saying Uhh Uhh Uh Umm Uh etc. How can they say he went to Harvard since he is so stupid.
