  • Parkour means getting from a to b in the most effectively way possible and freerunning is more acrobatic and is designed to impress with flips and tough manuvers (i'm french sorry for the mistakes)

    freerunning was invented the same as parkour but has changed

    now it is more about expressing yourself as opposed to getting from point a to b as fast as you can

  • Parkour is just getting from one point to another in the quickest way possible. Freerunning includes a lot of inefficient stuff like flips etc.

  • Yeah I know, I was just wondering how long it would take for someone to insult me. I actually do parkour, and while its obviously staged, as are all videos of pk, or freerunning, all the moves are of course real. Don't hate, I was bored- I don't usually troll.
