1. Her voice is perfection. The lyrics make my soul feel at peace. It clears my mind of all bad things going on in the world and helps me feel at calm and puts my heart in a good place.

2. I think of the scenes when Ushio & Nagisa die and also the wedding scene. It was truly heartbreaking. I never thought a show or a song could have such influence on my emotions. <3

Because Fuko was actually in a coma through the whole Fuko-arc. If people knew that she was in coma, they forget her. Fuko's sister, however, was hanging around, and that's why people remember Fuko's sister, Kouko, but not Fuko.

I still don't know how Fuko was around herself, I think it was about her own supahpowars, or the "lights" that comes from the happy people around the town. Don't know.

Fuko's sister has known Fuko for her life, as you did see, she didn't see Fuko when she was with Nagisa and Tomoya, because she knows that she was in coma.

My guess is that it is poetic speech. But you are right in saying that some of the lyrics are quite strange, and I myself am a native English speaker. I will post the lyrics if I can find them and will ask for other people's interpretations.
