  • Sit ups not "effective"? You do 250 sit ups any which way and you are going to feel it for days, which means it was effective.

  • man, im pretty damn tired right now after 250 sit up's followed by ust 10 push up's, i dunno how i would do that :o

  • must be a good workout but because they're rushing to be the winners, their form is horrible. The pullups will destroy their joints and the situps arent effective becasue the'yre using their momentum to help them up

  • the rushing is what makes it crossfit and there form is good but I can agree about some of the situps.
