telnet and messenger are two programs that hackers use to hacking computers...so if you are conected to internet and have your computer that two programs "on" (i mean working like this video say)) you will be more esasely hacked by hackers...so that use of messenger and telnet...is nothing good. (at least that you really need that shit)).
