I think it's some kind of widescreen aspect ratios, like cinemascope. The Dyaliscope, for example, mentioned in earliest GH idents, was kind of popular in France.
can only tell it's something like WHAKUO SCOPE. Many studios at that time (70s i think) like to label their names in the scope thing to make it... unique.

The logo on 6:20 - 6:35, I know that I see that the second part says "SCOPE", but the first part is confusing because of the bad quality.
