@XxAnGeLsVsDeViLsXx Its when any group or solo singer ends their promotions for their song. And then maybe 2 months or later they will come back with a new song. Some times promotions come right after their old song. Its basically giving them time to get ready for a new song and promotions. Also, during this time they usually go on more variety shows. Hope this helped :D
