@feckz22 Even hitting close to parallel depth is good enough specially if you have flexibility issues. You don't want to break yourself. Keep aiming for parallel to the floor, and you will get there sooner or later.

Also how to change the workout after sometime as body tends to adapt itself to the workout and you can't make any progress.
Not exactly proper technique. He's not hitting parallel depth. It looks like he is not very flexible, that could be the problem..
