I've been reading the bible for 40 some years. I know God is real not because of the words on the page, but because the words speak to the very heart of me, and this is the hardest part for people to understand. However, God is Spirit, not flesh, he does not operate the way we do. it is the spirit in man that has to understand and be open to communicate with God, otherwise you are wasting your time. There is a big difference in religion and a follower of Jesus Christ. Yes, there are elements of Paganism that have crept in to formal Christianity (especially Catholism). I've been reading the bible for 40 some years. I know God is real not because of the words on the page, but because the words speak to the very heart of me, and this is the hardest part for people to understand. However, God is Spirit, not flesh, he does not operate the way we do. it is the spirit in man that has to understand and be open to communicate with God, otherwise you are wasting your time. This is where faith comes in. With out faith you can never understand the ways of God.

There is tons of proof that alot of the bible was plagerised from other cultures; Sumerians, Egyptians, Byzantiums etc. No professor can answer "The Roman Question" or explain how Marcione wrote his version of the bible in 160AD but makes absolutely no mention of any of the disciples or your Jesus Christ. How is that possible? I have a very long list of facts that dispel this silly notion. Hebrew mythology is all it is.

They are correct that all the religions have pretty well the same story. The only major distinguishing feature of Christianity is that, Christianity has a Messiah.
They WRONG that the Bible does not acknowledge Dinosaurs. It speaks of them very obviously.
They are correct that there were ancient invaders....which is in the Bible.
