I've been exercising for 2 years so far and i have six pack abs . Also i do 60-90 push ups per day and my upper body looks like Ronaldo one but maybe in a smaller size. ( hes taller than me ) . but its hard to keep your abs etc because you need to exercise 2-3 times a week, annually. if you stop, eventually you will become fat ( because you cant know the effects if you stop exercising all of a sudden )
