Ah, Dokken rules. Maybe one of the best bands of the Glam Metal era. They just didn't sing about drugs and girls, but they sang for the most part ballads that actualy works for both gays and straights and they did the theme for maybe one of the best slasher films, "A Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors". Plus, Don Dokken had a good voice with high notes and vibrato and George Lynch is one of THE guitar heroes. Rokken with Dokken in 2010!

Yeah Dokken sucks, get with the times... I prefer my singers to be tone deaf and whiney or when they mumble through out the entire song or better yet, they rap as fast as they can and autotune their voice. I also love how todays bands don't write their own songs and make their "music" via computer instead of stupid instruments. Dokken fans only like dokken because of how they look... I'm not listening to any band that has long hair and those clothes!!!

I don't give a rat's ass what people think about them or other bands like them. It's better than a lot of shit out today, IMHO.

What's better, a band that looks like they are enjoying life and just having fun, or a band who dresses in all black with droll and dull singing/lyrics about how life sucks.

But it really is a matter of personal preference and there'll always be disputes.
