3. Yes, it does. I play flash games on my iPod all the time. No hacking needed. Used silverlight forever, and it kept saying it encountered a problem and needed to close. Blah blah blah, more add-ons and patches to make an already shitty OS more shitty. When my Mac works out of the box without having to use some sort of RAM-hog reducer. I have 4GB on my Vista PC.
