Whoever believes this stepping on foot cheating, is ignorant to the sport of boxing. It is common when an orthodox(JMM) and a southpaw(pac) fight each other that they step on, tangle up on each others foot/feet. Even head butts are common. If you don't believe me, go to your nearest boxing gym and ask a coach, or a boxer who competes.
