@J2DaGeezieOfficial Under normal circumstances, yes. But, with a proper pacman pattern, your game ends when YOU get tired of it, because the ghosts will never get you, so you never run out of lives.

It takes longer, but can completely envelope any high score you'd get by going for the trap fruits and ghosts.

@nchwa If you can pass every level without dying you will have a high score. This pattern is not for people who are trying to tie the world point record or anything. If you wanna do that you'll have to figure out how they do it for yourself. This is a great tip for those seeking to up their score and can be a valuable tool figuring out how to maximize pointage. The longer you live the better.

This is the NES version, I doubt if the pattern would work on the arcade edition.

@MrMarkzilla It will the layout and enemy patterns are the same the only difference is graphical detail. The arcade is superior as the jam boards back then allowed for more memory than a nes.

The Cherry pattern on the original arcade version if it's done right can land you both cherry's and all 4 ghosts per power pill for an ending score of 14800 before you start the Strawberry.
