Beginners, my OPINION, NOT OFFICIAL for 1st skills are...

Monomania/Narc - It shows your enemy, making it easier to get head shots...

CQC - It's a need, it lets you use human shields, choke 'em out, and EX to counter!

Scanner - It, if both teams are S.O.P connected, shows enemies & their traps...

Assualt Rifle - It reduces recoil & reduces reloading time, which is VITAL to survive in the battle field...

For reloading an assault rifle faster you've just gotta wait until your guy puts the clip in the gun, then tap R2 3 times.

tap r2. depending on your equip config. you have to tap 3 times cause you have a,b,c config, id tap 2, i have previous weapon config. am i right?

You basically just tap r2 until you have cycled through your inventory and back to the gun again.
