I was a drug addict for a long time and an overdose can happen at any time. My mom saved me from dying on the toilet twice. Sometimes you get a load on and go to bed and just never wake up.
Just read that Shannon was buried in Dayton, IN. I lived in West Lafayette until last year and used to drive past where he's buried everyday. I'll have to make a stop at his grave the next time I'm up to visit family. I still remember hearing all of these songs on the radio for the first time. Those were great times. It sure was awesome being a teenager in the 90's.

@j1nt3tsu shannon knew that..in fact he wrote a song called "life aint so shitty"... the thing is...no matter how strong a mind you have some people can still not help feeling bad and depressed and drugs are always there for them...pressures of the world jsut got to him and he took it too far one time and it killed him...im sure if you could speak to him the day before that happened he wouldve told you that yea he had a problem he wished he could overcome but jsut couldnt...its very sad.
