Dude if u hadnt done it yet here do what i say.

U said that u downloaded the cleo stuff already right? When u open the zip file there should have been a CLEO folder. Drag that Folder to the gta file. And then download img tool if u hadnt. If u have it, open gta3.img and then replace the current dancing.ifp WITH the one in the cleo folder. And THEN replace ped.ifp wit the one in the cleo folder. And that should do it. I didnt understand what this dude said. I hope it helps!
