Those are great exercises and stretches. However, I didn't like the small dumbbell roll she was using. Invest in a good EVO 2p roller and you will feel the difference. I had major IT band issues, but after doing these exercises, I have not had any more problems.
@HellloJerry Quality is more important than quantity. Just go slow until there is little to no pain. Remember, I tight, muscle, or tendon will be painful. Do them twice a day is good.
been getting really bad right knee pain. tried some IT stretches, doesn't seem to help that much. guy at the gym said adding more strength training is the only thing that will help. so hard tho
Good info, but very fast. Any chance you could include a list of the areas to work in the description of the video? Also, what is the roller the person was using to demonstrate? I've never seen one before...
thank you for this. I was medically discharged from the USMC 5 years ago for this problem and have been trouble finding information and treatment methods that made sense. I will begin trying your suggestions, and hopefully be able to return to duty!
I heard a loud pop noise. And the doctor sad i hade Acl,Mcl injury but now 4years it only getts worse.Should you think of removing the stuff thats broken or what should i do next?
Just came across your vids and the information you have given from cause to solution and maintenance was one of the best i have seen. Great job and i look forward to your other vids as well.

I'm an amateur boxer and am having pains my itb due to over running and it's completely halted my workout pattern.
With that said I only have 3 weeks till my next fight. How long will it take before I can run again?
