No it's based on Ren's cousin Sven. So technically it would be Sven-ish. Sven talks with a sort of Swedish accent but wears lederhosen. You can hear the exact phrase "I am a bearded lady" in part 2 of the Sven Hoek episode: watch?v=iXYVqzckMTo (at around 1:26)

@queenluver213 oh it always was! In the second episode, Ren lost all of his teeth due to severe decay, so he had nothing but nerve endings sticking out of his gums. So, to cheer Ren up, Stimpy convinces him that if he pulls out his nerve endings and puts them under his pillow, the nerve ending fairy will give him enough money to buy new teeth! Long story short, the show spends over a minute focusing on Ren as he removes the nerves one-by-one with tweezers!! Made me cringe so much the first time!
