Is W2 tied to the furnace board and at the t-stat? Long run time is normal for two stage furnace tied to a two stage stat.. if it's on a timer, it will come on 2nd stage no matter what after X amount of time.

I take it the furnace is not on a two stage stat? (timer)
@jay11j Not sure...could be. I don't think it is a timer, though. The thing will bump up only when it is struggling.
