I think it was explained that the Coralians (Or Azo in the film) have the power to reshape the universe according to their dreams, but because they have no memories they can't dream. After Eureka's experiences with Renton and the others, she gained lots of memories and was able to dream at the end of the film, so she used the power of the Hammer of God to reshape the world so that she and Renton had their whole lives together (Renton fully healed, Eureka's eye markings gone)

@samueljacobs64 I think thats a valid question. Eureka is only human in an asthetic sense, so even if she does have female genitalia, she may not have a working human reproductive system. The Scub Coral may know what humans look like on the outside but maybe not on the inside.

I think that they would be able to do it but they wouldn't be able to reproduce.
