Stepping out wayyy too early. Hands aren't beating his arms Make sure his front arm stays straight. and make sure his hands stay back in the zone. That way, if he's a bit early, he can still get a good swing off.

Too many flaws in the swing. I think Dad needs to calm down and work the kinks out of the swing first. Too much hand movement, not loading properly, stepping out. Sure he can hit the ball off of a tee like that, but what will he be able to do when the ball it thrown from a pitcher and it os on the outside part of the plate and he is stepping out? Needs a lot of work. Not too bad overall.
