As for number 2, that doesn't mean he'd enjoy doing it or be normal with it. He'd probably be very shooken up about it before during and after the battle.

In any case, if you listen carefully from 1:59 to 2:17, you can hear a snippet from the start of 'The Extreme,' which, for some reason, wasn't included with the battle track in this game... I reckon EACH of the villains should have gotten their own themes to play during certain cutscene moments (like 'Golbez, Clad in Darkness,' or 'Evil Lord Exdeath,' or Sephiroth's 'Those Chosen By The Planet').
