why you ask? you send 30,000 troops and then in announce by 2011 you say that you will remove troops

um don't you think the taliban could just wait until 2011 after we leave and then spring into action? Why would you even give a time frame or announce your intentions. This idea is doomed to fail in the biggest possible way.
