I must say I thought this movie was pretty descent and good. However, I hated the ending!!!! That's probably why most people don't like this movie because the ending was garbage. I like it because of the plot, the zombies, the acting (besides denise crosby), the setting and the EXTREMELY HOT black-hair girl!!!!

The movie was pretty complex. With the creepy old guy living in their graveyard, too the jacked up pond that controlled people. But all together, if it was made a bit differently, it could've done pretty good. The ending though, was screwed up.

I contacted Relapse Records (who was listed as contact for Mortuary soundtrack info at end of movie) and was told that the deal for soundtrack fell through after movie was released, so the song isn't available anywhere as that was the only projected release.

Mortuary was a great Horror Film, for what Tobe Hooper was working with. The film's strongest point is its make-up effects by Dean and Starr Jones!
