He does come to a very concise and intelligent conclusion, but he provides the things that lead him to that conclusion. The Federal Reserve System is an independent government institution that has private aspects. The System is not a private organization and does not operate for the purpose of making a profit. That doesnt mean that the private parties dont make a profit, they do. this is the same idea that a 501c3 or non profit org does not make capital, they do, they actually make a lot of money. the Fed is not a bank its a system, a regulatory commision.
