Like I have commented before this special is really great and everyone should try to see it - all the singers are wonderful and you can buy the CD for How Great Thou Art at the Opry store - I hope the Opry puts together more specials where we get to buy the CD's or how about DVDs????

I think Carrie is a brilliant singer !! I have to laugh at a person who spends their time coming back again and again to put a minus sign next to Carrie's great comments - nothing can take away Carrie's brilliant vocals and the fact that she is a member of the Opry and will be performing there Jul 25th !! Carrie is a Unique County Vocalist sure she majors in Country Pop what her Fans want So did Shania and Faith Hill and Martina, LeAnn Rymes also.But she also does Gospel and Traditional and People forget Her first Country Hit was "Jesus Take The Wheel" which was Traditional and could be Gospel.What ccould be more traditional than "Don't Forget To Remember Me" and a Cheatin Song "Before He Cheats" She is the kind of Artist the people who love Country now want except for a few Tin Ears.

Carrie did an awesome job. This is one of my favorite hymns. The emotion she felt was visible on her face. She sang this with such feeling, humility, and honesty. Our American Idol singing a song of praise to Almighty God! My God, how great Thou art.
