Torturing an innocent animal reflects the barbaric mentally of these people and to be allowed by their government is beyond comprehension. Countries that engage in such atrocities toward defenseless animals should be boycotted by the rest of world and all trades with them should cease until they start to resemble some sort civilized behaviour.
