Not much English I hope I can enterder. I try to make a Database Setup appears in Zen Cart and provided information of the MySQL Connection failed to Database Access denied for user localhost '(using password: YES.

I put the information from database Database Host, Database Username and Database Password and it appears that there is an error. I have to install MySQL. Although what I have cPanel.

Try temporarily disabling your windows firewall before running the MySQL installation wizard.

@sephirothcorrales If you're still wondering... you can obviously re-install... but the location should be under your installation directory... under the MYSQL 5.5 (or what ever version you're using... check the BIN folder... there should be an .exe file with the name MYSQLINSTANCECONFIG.EXE
