This is good stuff. I am personally very happy for Furthur and Little Bear. Something had been missing from my life for a long time......since Brent died actually, losing Jerry just made it all the more real. Recently I have rediscovered what it was that was missing, Good Ol' Grateful Dead Music. I have seen the Other Ones, The Dead and even a few Phil and Friends shows(amazing) but this is the real deal. Feel free to disagree, but all the hate is really lame. Time to move on if you're a HATER.

I dont like 60s dead very much... im more of a 80s dead guy.. late 80s... plus mikey and billy are gone...i only saw mikey and billy with THE DEAD 3 times, when i was 12!. After that i loved the music.. then mikey and billy go.. one drummer is too boring. we need those tribal dinosaur stomp noises

@Wolfgasm0414 i actually kind of agree with you, though i wouldn't say no energy at all. i still listen to the Dead daily, got 500 shows or so, so i'm not just saying that with no knowledge of what the great stuff sounds like. i've been to a couple furthur shows. i found it fun, pleasant, and danceable at best. the intense, orgasmic jerry days are over, though, and that's ok -- now bobby and phil are just having fun. it'd be nice if they would try doing new stuff, though.

Just because JK's really excellent and not all-time-great doesn't make it shit. it's still good music, just not... as good, perhaps.

If you think that is a click track at the begining of the song then you've obviously never even been to a Furthur show before. Thats bobby tapping the pick-up on his guitar with his pick. If you own a guitar, go do that, you'll hear the same sound. But on a lighter not, i seriously love this jam into Shakedown. Fucking groovy.

Things got a bit strange but these three songs were so sick. that birdsong jam was incredible, I almost forgot what song they were playing. they took the birdsong jam so far and the firstbank center turned into a ufo and flew away.
