Prices are dependent on how you fit them out.

I saw one for sale a couple of years ago, that was 3.9 mil. and that was a basic fit with basic instrumentation. For Atlantic or ocean crossings you need stat weather, stat radio, world wide ocean stat, sat nav, radar, epirb, and stuff you need a NASA degree for. Thats gona set you back the high end of 5 mil. Let me know if you need a skipper.

Possible, but definitely not at its planing cruise speed. Hull speeds would probably get what you are looking for(5-10knts). And you obviously couldn't do those trips non-stop. You would have to stop in at places along the way to fuel-up.

Yachts have sails. I would call this a pleasure launch. It looks horribly inefficient at speed - dragging it's ass and throwing up that bloody stupid rooster tail - it looks like something that can't quite manage to get on the plane or is trimmed really badly.

jonny - the aft of the Baia is shaped that way, partially to accomodate the actually very efficient Arneson surface drives. The drives are what cause the tail and frankly I think it looks great.

well Arneson system gives more speed and the propellers are more efficient cause of the better design and also the steering is better cause they move by them selves and not as the usual that they have a small flap in front to steer. Though they are more expensive to buy them and the cost to run them.
