@chrisking666 Hey Chris, I ended up buying an 04 Gas Gas 300 but my mate bought an 08 Ktm 300. Im very glad I went with the 300cc two stroke. Its got tonnes of torque but still has the 2 stroke snap that I love. We actually had them out for the first time on the weekend and we had a ball.

I just bought an EXC 450, easiest bike I ever wheelied. You walked that thing through 3 or 4 gears, the front end looked like it was hanging on a string, Too Kool!

Very Reliable, the starter is the only pain in the arse as it needs to be regreased every now and again, my bike has 135 hours on it now and has had 2 sets of rings and 1 piston in it, it has never once stopped on my or left me stuck somewhere!

Hi mate, I got the kit in Australia but you can get them anywhere I think, go to there website and look fot the dealers sectin and find oue thats close to you. It makes a massive difference and heaps better on fuel as well. Goodluck man!

yeah mate its a cheap helmet cam off ebay and it only cost $50, the recording device is an old sony handycam that has AV inputs so you can plug an external camera into it, its pretty heavy is the only downside but seems to work well, the model number is trv 041 i think the camera cost $150. Cheers

Im running a 14 front and 50 rear mate, try putting a 13 on the front of yours as its much cheaper than buying a new rear, 1 tooth on the front equates to about 3 on the back so it will be like putting a 52 on the back anyways, I think it will fix your prob;lem for sure

cool, great vid. hey whats your jetting sizes and needle clip position, are you also using the more aggressive red auxiliary spring? with the fmf pipe did you change the silencer also

I think im running a 158 main jet and the needle is on middle clip and i think im using the blue needle( i think) i have an FMF SST pipe from the states and titanium silencer, the pipe make the top end pretty nuts but you lose some torque so i put the green heavy spring in to bring the bottom end up a bit, it was a pig to ride with the red spring the green one made the power more useable with the pipe. cheers mate

cheers for that, i just cracked the pipe on my 09 iv done about 50 hrs, also do you know the idol jet size? you guys ride hard, ive posted a reply vid using the pov1 camera, its about $1000 but it is real tough and gives a 110 deg view. the vid is compressed to about 180meg and the quality is still quite good

Pretty good mate its would be faster overall but just misses that big hit of power you get from a 4t when you crack the throttle but up top it will smoke a 4t, especially with a FMF exhaust and JD jetting kit.
