There is a band from Mexico I just found called Delirium, and they are as good as any of the ones listed above.

We dont have AS MANY awesome bands because we're from a smaller country than swe. I am proud of HIM from making finnish music history in america and europe. But i do also like bands like in flames and soilwork. Sometimes just feels like swedish metal bands only get influenced by other swedish metal bands, slowing their metal music evolution.

They are actually Melodic Thrash Death Metal if someone wanted to get technical about it, mostlty due to Anders' and Jonas' participation and songwriting.

But just to keep everyone happy they're classified as Thrash Metal.

And The Haunted plays trash metal on their debut, their releases after that point has been metal somewhat fueled by some thrash songs and inspired by trash metal but that's about it - rest is just good ol' metal. Hey, nothing wrong with that. Peace.
