  • chiri-up--- attention stance

gam sah ha nida --- thank you

    mootah/gamah---- stop

ask your instructor or a senior grade if you are unsure of any thing during class.

  • Can anyone tell me what 'cheeryup', 'mootar', and 'gamsangadan' mean? At the end of our TKD lessons we always have this formal thing where we have to make these shapes with our hands and stand to attention whilst repeating these Korean phrases. But I can't find any info on this on the web or in books.

Does anyone else have this in their school?

  • does any one know how to find" seed formula" for tae kwon do on you tube

  • Bear in mind also that each school has its own one-steps.

  • I see that now...interesting.

  • An excellent series of videos - good supplement to a taekwondo class.

    Thanks
