Please think about how you generate power in the techniques. The first technique where you stand in a horsestance and strike straight ahead, you only generate power with your arm not your whole body, also your structure is bad (you would actually strike yourself back if you hit hard enough - try the same technique while wearing hogo and strike as hard as you can). Try changing this into a front stance (ap koobi or ap seogi).
Also think about the distance, the attacker is too far away to hit you.
Can anyone tell me what 'cheeryup', 'mootar', and 'gamsangadan' mean? At the end of our TKD lessons we always have this formal thing where we have to make these shapes with our hands and stand to attention whilst repeating these Korean phrases. But I can't find any info on this on the web or in books.
Read chansau comments around youtube hes a class c poomsae ref one of a few in the country, but from his comments it shows hes a class c fixer he thinks we are idiots read his coomments on koryo vs koryo as he say the only one who can win under the old or new rules is the girl, its is job as a ref to stand by the Rules weather hes there or not the video is visual evidence. as they name names it was a Kathy Barwell event sanctioned by the BTCB [WTF]watch out for the same in karate its also itf

An excellent series of videos - good supplement to a taekwondo class.
Thanks
