This retconned story is BS. Even if Marvel calls it "official" it's still bogus nonsense. Blaze and Ketch had nothing to do with one another, and the deal was for Blaze's soul, he was saved by the pure Roxanne Simpson who had been reading his occult books and knew how to banish Mephisto. Just before banishment, he lashed out and stuck Zarathos into Blaze, to get revenge on both of them. There was never any "emmissary" BS.

i just came up with a pretty cool idea, for Ghost Rider, Marvel could create a team called The Ghost Rider Corp, when all the ghost rider from each of the states, come together to fight a unknown villain, that turn earth into a darkness earth, and i think a Ghost Rider anime series or anime movie would be cool, there could do one for Dan, and one for Johnny,
