  • He took an arrow to the knee

  • lol at that guy who just looked at the collapsed guy and clapped

  • Did the Chicago Marathon last year and never seen so many bodies shut down right after the finish. I sat down for 30 minutes after I finished and the last 200 feet feel like you're in a dream. First real time I can say this but the feeling is indescribably.

  • @confusion034 As did i myself seen runners shutting down. It was kinda unreal.

  • dont masturbate if going on marathon tomorrow

  • @stepinside2007 lol what?

  • haha hilarious

  • @car9melo no it's not. i feel really sorry for him .. its kinda sad

  • @RomanianUser

    its not sad

the guy finished im sure if he had a look at what he achieved and what happened at the end he would crack up too

  • @car9melo what!!!??? u my friend are disturbed

  • @anthonopolis yes disturbed by your dumbfuckary

  • He did a Paula Radcliffe in his shorts.

  • the guy who collapsed got disqualified becaus the camera man was his father and he touched that woman

  • whats that on his knees?

  • Kneel before Zod!

  • Much respect to the guy that literally would not stop for anything. Probably for a BQ, since he was under 3:30.

  • hahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahaahahahhahahhahahahahahhahahhhahhaahahhahahhahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahaahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhhahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahhahaahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahhahahaha

  • Did that guy run 26 miles while holding his kids?!?!

  • did he died?

  • Come on, get it together guy, lol.

  • Wow was that man running with his kids? ASIAN LEVEL! ---_---

  • @MrNintendo505 no I'm sure that his wife prob handed his kids over to him just as he was at the end so he could finish with them in his arms..

  • Incredible. No respect to people who cross the finish line like they just walked to the mailbox and back. Look at the guy on the ground you just passed, he's honoring the sport and himself. That's what it's all about. If you can walk at the finish you haven't raced hard enough.

  • Might look crazy to some, but I can understand that, after completing 26.15 miles, he wasn't about to stop.

The lady with the babies had them handed to her near the end of the race, people. ;-)

  • It's just amazing to see the body shot down like that. Ah, that must have hurt.

  • He must have pushed himself SO hard, that is amazing.

  • Thats the spirit :-)

  • if you put it on mute, open a new tab and put on apologize by One republic it almost looks like a "I'm running back to you but I fell down" video

  • ese señor tiene muchas agallas y valor para aver terminado esa carrera

  • Comment removed

  • I hope this guy was o.k. Way to go! I did a marathon and it was the hardest thing physically and mentally that I have ever done. He should be proud.

  • jesus christ, sub 3:30 while holding children?

  • @AssHoleThunder I'm sure he wasn't holding them the whole way lol... He probably picked them up near the finish so he could finish with them.

  • Much respect for getting to the finish line. It takes gutts. People may laugh but they have no idea how much a marathon takes out of you. As a Kenyan believe me I know.

  • I guess what they say is true. 26 miles is easy. It's the last 0.2 that kick your ass.

  • poor man :X but he did it!!!

  • hero!

  • Oh snap! that had to be some major cramping. That dude could have quit, but he didn't. He showed Great heart by crawling across the finish line.

  • my hero :)

  • This reminded me of the chick with the flu shot... lmao.

  • Im so glad the guy who collapsed WAS NOT the one holding the children :-/

  • @brybry12341515 how the hell did she run with children?

  • Congratulations Mister, you did a great job.....

  • holy shit!!! look at his thighs as he drops!!! thats some nasty, nasty shit!! :(

that must have gone on to hurt for a long time!!

    made it tho dint he..

    big respect!!!

  • haha

  • Thumbs up for the stud who carried 2 children

  • reminds me of mall cop :P

  • How can you complete a marathon in 4 hours!!! Maybe im just rather unfit..

  • current world record 2.03.38, made by Patrik Makau, Kenya

  • @IvarNordman Wow, 3 minutes per kilometer most people can't even sprint that fast!

  • @TheRedneckAtheist the average 10 year old can sprint that fast

  • I'd rather finish slower and finish upright.

  • That's how a zombie walks

  • AAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA FUNNY SHIT

  • 2 years younger than my brother. :)

I'd like to see my brother try this though. He's a good guy. But a fucking smoker! :(

  • Brings back memories, this dude and the 3:30 pacer ran with me for the last few km's before I stopped with a cramp 300m from the finish. I didn't even see him crawling as I passed him when we crossed the line. It was a huge effort.

  • I saw it and it made me cry. i havent been in race or a marathon but i have done a twice 10 km trecking is the word is right up on the mount Olympus and one time i went all the way to the top. at the first km i wanted to quit and i was just kept going and in the last km i speed up my pace. When i reached to the top i was really happy that i didnt quit.

Everything i have done is nothing compared to what i saw.

    RESPECT TO ALL OF THEM...........

  • @xaralampos1959 if the word Trecking is right i Meant.

  • 3:29 is a great time!

  • My heart and my mind will carry my body when my limbs are to weak!!!

    I am a champion vid.

  • he was disqualified later because of his father, look at the camera man that pushed the lady

  • eat your carbohydrates children, fasting will not make you thin

  • do you guys know marathon training expands the heart muscles...

  • I finished my first marathon earlier this month and it was the most difficult thing I've done to date. You really have to want it to not let the race overpower you.

    That guy is awesome.

  • @blackemostar85 Interestingly enough... and I'm assuming that he's in the 18-34 age range... he was only 20 minutes shy of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. WOW.

  • Well done , I run & full respect to you

  • are those legs real?

  • MUCH RESPECTED

  • I'm registered for grandma's marathon, and this is probably one of the most inspiring videos I've ever seen. He put everything he had into this race. People call marathon-ers crazy....yeah maybe a little. But if so, the best kind of crazy I've ever seen. Good for them! :) If you have to crawl across that finish line, that's the definition of giving it your all.

  • lol 1:04

  • @ESIFaKiE Yes I know that.. but typing on youtube isnt (isn't) exactly something im (i'm) being graded on so please keep your (you're) spelling corrections to urself (yourself).

  • Thats Cool Runnings on concrete right there

  • that would be me in a marathon... the guy that didnt finish

  • all the comments are sooo long ><

  • Well done mate! All my respect!

  • That man is incredible.

  • fucking hel!!!!l respect to the guy!

  • You found this video funny???

OK noob stay in your fat ass chair eat your donuts and shut the fuck up.

This man worth 10 marathons metals for his finish.

  • I'm a fatty and lazy, so a marathon would be a bit out of my reach, but I did do the 3 peaks challenge and came down the final few hundred meters looking pretty similar to this guy. Legs locked, not really doing what you tell them to do. For the next week or so stairs were out of the question! Jelly/jello cubes for the win!

  • Awesome Job and a great time! With endurance sports it really comes down to nutrition..

  • congrats on finishing!

  • @nardpuncher lmfao nice man

  • He says " I did it!"

  • @nardpuncher the human body on average only carries enough energy to last us 2 hours of running at an 8 min mile pace, everything after that he is running on mind, will and body fat. which in turn can keep you going for quite some time at a very slow pace. other factors such as age and diet attribute to why his body shut down as well as training schedule. he may have still been fatigued from training for the marathon..

your mind is not able to Lock your legs... so no sir... it was not his mind.

  • @TwistedRoots1 So he ate somehow just enough to get him precisely 15 feet from the finish line??? Damn! He should have had two more raisins then he could have finished it!

  • @openuniverse2003 hey thanks for replying to me and showing the world that you know nothing about marathons =) k thank you bye =)

  • @TwistedRoots1 You may not understand that his legs gave out there because they were indeed tired, but also because his mind gave up because he could see the end.

  • thats terrible luck, making it the whole way and your legs giving up at the last 10 ft, id be fuming

  • im into running also ..and i admired this guy for finishing the marathon ..

  • Obviously he worked hard, but the fact that he collapsed literally 15 feet from the finish line shows how much is mental. His mind gave up when he could see the end. Same with that other video with the two women having trouble. Once they rounded the corner and could see the finish line they collapsed.

  • @nardpuncher If this had been a Mayan ball game, he would have been taken to the top of a temple and had his heart torn out. And eaten. RAW. Just saying.

  • @nardpuncher That wasn't mental. That was his body giving up on him. He crawled across the finish line. If he was mentally weak, he would have given up 3 miles back.

  • Im just amazed to see what the power of the will and mind can acomplish!

  • Bravo! , and it was really nice of those guys who picked him up.

  • this reminds me watching "the crawl" on youtube when i was studying sport and had to apply it to my sports psychology

  • Most Definitely the right thing for the guy was to stop running/walking, accept his physical limits and call it a day. It is better to finish safe than with an injury which will prevent future training. Believe me!

  • OKAY JUST STOP ALL YOUR DIPLOMATIC REACTIONS. This was fucking funny

  • I find it funny how everyone is trying to remain sympathetic and diplomatic about their own reactions. I'll be real, I laughed my ass off. Dude was walking like a crab that just shit its' pants. Props to him for finishing and and congratulations on the finish. No, I'll never be able to do this, but that was hilarious.

  • he did a very excellent job!!! hey everyone whats the white stuff on his legs?

  • I don't know how any of you could laugh at this. I do run and train and I cried. Some of you people won't ever know the feeling of when you finish a race and the accomplishment you get out of it. It took guts for him to get on the starting line and it took heart to finish.

  • @Delilaza18 yes, you're right. :)

  • @Delilaza18 Right on! I don't think anyone whose actually completed a marathon would laugh at this guy. I've done three full marathons and I teared up watching this guy. Seeing that kind of heart to finish what you started is inspiring.

  • @jdpainter totally agree

  • @Delilaza18 what are you, German? This is fucking hilarious

  • The only reason I laughed was because it looked kinda funny.

Im not gonna lie, I probably wouldnt have had that strength to finish it off if i felt like that, shit, i probably cant even finish a marathon.

I just finished my 3rd half marathon two weeks ago, my legs were dead after that.

I give mad props to that guy though, body shut down yet he still came under 3:30:00.

    Great job!

  • @efreddi your arrogant attitude is exactly the tone of voice that made some people believe flying planes in the twin towers was a good idea. ( wich of course isn't)

  • @lauwke123 as a new yorker who was in manhattan that day i shouldfind out who you are, where you live, (which shouldnt be toodifficult with technology these days) and smack you in the fuckin mouth...

  • @lauwke123 was the"which of course isnt" for the feds who are now watching your keystrokes?nice cover you moron... shut your mouth. youre an idiot.

  • backs tab----------- better than livin in a country FOUNDED on trash.........and criminals....go fuck a wallaby......i wouldve loved to hear your accent as you just cursed me out so i could get another good laugh....fruitcake.

  • running 8 minute miles and then collapsing is an embarrassment...lmao....what did he quit smoking the day before????BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA

  • BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was watching the guy with his daughters n was a little moved, n then like watching americas funniest home videos saw a guy doing the dougie in the distance i let out an outburst that i think the neighbors heard!!!!!!!! wheres thisguys mental toughness..... u get 20 yards from the finish and drop??? cmon

  • He got a good time. Much quicker than I can run it.

  • Crawling, but HE DID IT!

  • They'd have had to drag me across that finish line. Fuck that

  • Wow....just....wow.

Sometimes it's hard to quieten the voice inside that tells you to quit, to give up now, even though the finish line is in sight. You begin to doubt yourself, your feet seem to be made of concrete, and lifting one off the ground after another is an achievement in itself. You can't remember how to breathe properly, your legs, your feet, your vision, your mind all start to go. ...but .. "Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever"

Well done sir-you did yourself proud. very proud

  • Wow....just....wow.

  • Yeah.. Familliar with that feeling.

  • lol when the guy was like "can I take this thing off?" hehe if u know what I mean... hehe a "Marathon" hehehe.... you know what screw you guys I'm outta here.

  • That guy at the end is one tough motherfucker. No one is tougher than that guy. Some are in better shape but no one is mentally more rock solid than that dude. Wow.

  • @699backstab YOU KNOW WHOS MORE ROCK SOLID AND TOUGHER THAN THIS GUY??? THE GUY THAT FINISHES STANDING UP YOU MOMO.......

  • @efreddi1 Actually dipshit half wit American fucktard moron, that would be a person in better shape and I covered that in my comment. Americans....the least intelligent trash in the universe :)

  • @699backstab again... the guy that is mentally rocksolid is the guy who runs thru the finish line.... not waiting to be helped... i would call that bitching out....ive never seeen a rock wobble so much....go fuck a kangaroo...and ive RUN a marathon before you go thinkin im just ranting without a platform... ive run a 3:14.08 in nyc last year... again.. go fuck a wallaby...or go fk the guy who wobblesy.......

  • @efreddi1 You are a 12 year old American skateboard faggot who jerks off into the crotch of his moms panties XD

  • Definition of an ATHLETE.

  • Mhhh, Thats a dramatic finish, but why dont you stretch 1 mile before finish line??? and drank some power drinks!!!

  • his underwear was unproperly put on and was scatching against his skin so he got a rash thats all i get it all the time i dont exaggerate like that but it happens

  • don´t run against your health... run in pro of health.

  • This just about happened to me this weekend, finishing about the same time they did.. your entire body cramps up, all muscles in extreme agony... not much you can do other than practicing running 26 miles every weekend

  • I'm laughing, not at the fact that his body shut down, but more about the fact he looked like he shit himself whilst it happened.

Still... respect to him for actually finishing :P

  • song name??

  • He did it !

    Respect !!

  • The Greek messenger who ran the 26 miles after the battle of Marathon fucking died when he finished, so someone's body shutting down as he crosses the finish line wouldn't be too unheard of

  • @paintballkid454 Yea, but he did it in like 30 minutes.

  • this guy put everything he had into finishing this marathon, he had it in his mind... something ppl who write stupid comments on youtube will never have the heart to do.... probably run a half a mile and stop because your "Tired"... this guy was tired 10 miles ago and mentally finished the race even after his body was shutting down 20ft from the finish line... all that said... its good that there are sports therapist at the finish line for situations like this.. congrats on finishing the race-

  • @TwistedRoots1 He obviously wasn't ready for this race, else he wouldn't have "shut down". So get off your high horse, princess.

  • @TwistedRoots1 You're != Your

  • LOL 3 hours and 30 mins for a marathon? I would kill myself if i got that, just saying. I run college and would demolish most of these people

  • @foodsnetwork you cannt even run a marathon if you are a college runner... so stop bragging

  • @foodsnetwork aww that's cute. Good for you!

  • @foodsnetwork Most of these people appear to be over the age of 40...

  • @foodsnetwork wow.

  • @foodsnetwork this isnt a competitive mile race, its sponsored and people enter because they want to contribute. Also you feel good about "demolishing" people that run for the fun of if, wow its like saying i got a higher grade in math than a 5th grader. Grow up and loss that big ego of yours

  • i got tons of RESPECT for you man!

  • That made me well up a little. Respect.

  • @Cheese8787 it made me.......LOL!!

  • That takes guts! Fantastic effort.

  • That is heart...a real champ...

  • Looks like he's about to shit himself.

  • @CrunkMcStuddles...jerk!!

  • @CrunkMcStuddles shut your mouth idiot and have some respect for this guy

  • All of the people who hate running are just bad at it and have never given it a fair chance.

  • thats true motivation, takes heart to finish the marathon

  • hahahahahahahah

  • baller

  • My aunt is almost 50 and shes doing one coming up soon, she run at least 15 miles a day!

  • wtf he forgot how to walk? or what

  • Comment removed

  • @galaxytroll His body shut down on him because it needed to conserve energy for vital processes such as keeping the heart beating. That's how little energy he had left.

  • He earned every single inch of that run!!

  • AWESOME! Thats a Sub 3:30 Marathon! Great Effort Matey!

  • cant believe u are bashing him! the man is so so fit to even get that far! none of us have any idea how much that hurt yet he dragged himself over the line. he should be so proud of himself for completing

  • ROBOT DANCE ON THE LEFT !

  • This is inspiring.

  • Comment removed

  • @DixieFatline First of all, a marathon is 42km, not 44km. And second of all, clearly the guy's aerobic energy system was completely depleted. That's what it looks like when you literally have no ATP left to be broken down; no ATP means no muscle contractions. Get your shit straight!

  • Comment removed

  • @cagiml8 if he had no adenosine triphosphate to break down his muscles would be completely rigid - that's what happens in rigor mortis. his aerobic system is stressed yes, probably he's accumulating lactic acid as a result of ANaerobic metabolism. It seems highly unlikely that his capacity for aerobic and ANaerobic metabolism would cease 5 m. before the finish line. my "shit" is pretty "straight".

  • Even when his legs was giving way, he put everything he had into the final 20 meters and you can clearly see he had nothing left before he crossed the finish line but carried on with what he had left in his heart. Full credit to the guy and a very well done!!

To anyone laughing at and insulting this guy, I hope you enjoyed it! Now you go out and do it!
