OK. Can anyone help me understand this anime? I had one dvd which was like 2 episodes or something.
What I took away from it was that in my mind it was a combination of the movie, "the Warriors","Blade Runner", and "Dark City".
I understood their were city gangs. partially androided people and possibly a floating city which is the real utopia whille regular people have to live in the lower slums. Im probably way off but Im curious
