Timing is a hard thing to work out, because chances are, everyone is going to think they're able to keep in time, and if they think someone else isn't, there's gonna be some friction.

We've tried to deal with it by nominating the drummer as the timekeeper, and all playing to him.

That way if something goes wrong we all know who to blame ;)
