oooooh, that's REALLY a bad idea. It doesn't matter how gentle your cat may be, cat's have bacteria in their saliva that is absolutely deadly to birds. Even a gentle "play nip" can be fatal to a bird.

they can get along fine, it just depends on the personality of the cat. She wouldn't hurt a thing.
