I think the pro-reform organizers were wise in telling protesters to state their opinions only with signs and without yelling at others. It could have turned ugly as some of the anti side were very provoking. I notice that this video didn't show the anti-folks calling us communists, socialists, unpatriotic, etc. and handing out photoshopped images of Obama and Hitler smiling at each other. Everyone has their point of view myself included. But let's not pretend this is objective.
Ask these idiots where they were when Bush banned drugs from Canada. Isn't that too much government meddling ? Why aren't we allowed to import cheaper drugs from Canada ?
The meddling is when gov pretends that NAFTA was 'free trade' when in fact it was cronie-trade, lobbyist-trade rather than truly free market conditions.

Mark, since you weren't there and I was (at 6:30 am; one of the few Private sector protectors that early), I can tell you, very little of the unfairness was due to the Rev.; most from a single cop that obviously had pro-government sympathies (the other dozen or so cops were great and very even-handed).
The mezzanine were were on was private property (the sidewalk in front was not).
Now, Now folks: I believe that is none other than Rev. Ronald who I think works for the Peace Center. Essentially, he is a very professional full-time 'organizer' (and truly, a really nice guy).These cops have probably worked with him so many times, he knows all their kids by name.
He was exceptional at ending an ugly situation by one really militant member of his flock later on. Of course, it was probably a setup to get some film of it (as we did the provocation; still waiting on that vid).
Well then, Reverand Ronald has full jurisdiction over everyone at the Peace Center. But NOT at our anti-Bamacare march. I have just as much right to tell him where to partition himself as he has to tell me: which is to say NONE.
BTW, you know the real reason we're seeing all these videos with Community Organizer/ACORN types ordering everyone to stand here, march there, stay away from so and so, etc? Because when pro and anti start talking, it's almost always very peaceful --- and the anti's make more sense. They start to see this glint of awakening in their followers' eyes and immediately put an end to it. They don't want anyone flip-flopping on their socialist agenda, so it becomes "You stand here, you stand there!"

I wish I'd been there. I'd have asked that "community organizer" what law enforcement branch he was a part of, or what gave him the right to tell me where I could stand in a public place. If he called the cops over (which he would have, being the coward libtard whiner that he is) I'd have asked them very nicely, very calmly, what gives this guy the right to tell ANYONE where they could stand?
