Wayne had a valid point. Appoint a racist you are a racist. If the Pres were not a racist, he would not appoint any person capable of making a racist comment with media cameras rolling for all america to watch.

Plus when Hannity says 'forget about precedent' he's saying he wants an activist judge, which is apparently what he doesn't want, so he doesn't seem to understand the court system in America.
