In the beginning of his career, when he fought in RINGS, there were a lot of cans. But remove his RINGS fights and he still has 20+ wins against mostly solid competition. Big Nog (2x), Arona, Babalu, Arlovski. prime Cro Cop, Herring, Schilt, Sylvia, Randleman, Coleman (2x), Lindland, Goodridge, Fujita, Hunt, Ogawa, Kohsaka are all decent wins. No one in MMA has fought and beaten more impressive competition than Big Nog and Fedor dominated him twice when Big Nog was in his prime.

Brock is a 1 dimensional fighter. The only discipline he has is Wrestling. All he does is GnP. His standup sucks shit as depicted in the fight against Mir, he was dazed after exchanging with Mir taking one of his high knees. The only thing Brock has going for him is his size. no sorry but the Best HW MMA fighter, aka Fedor, is in Strikeforce. I do agree that the top competition is in UFC but the best fighter is in strikeforce hands down. If Fedor beats Brett, Dana will get on his knees and beg Fedor to come to the UFC because he knows Fedor will make him a shitload of money only because he is the best out there. Fact is Dana offered Fedor more money than Brock because well...it's quite self explanatory!

Listen, Brock can fight. After he wins his next 26 fights in a row. We can talk about how great he is. Brock can brag about being the WEE champion, while Fedor can brag about be Russian Sambo Championship for the last 7 years in a row. Big difference

The fact is, Lesnar has not fought enough to gain the kind of praise you're giving him. Yes, he knocked out Couture, but many people have. Also, Couture is 46 and doesn't have the best record.
Frank Mir is 1:1 with Lesnar, and Herring hadn't won 2 fights in a row since 2004.
I'm not saying Lesnar isn't a good heavyweight, but he hasn't been tested enough. You're obviously just playing the role of a casual, Lesnar/UFC sucking fan.

paulpnut Sherdog had Tim Silvia ranked 5th in the heaveyweight division when Fedor fought him. They had Andrei Arlovski ranked 2nd when Fedor fought him. Andrei Arlovski had just destroyed rothwell before he fought Fedor. Fedor beat big nog twice, easily. I don't see Lesner that much better than rogers is. Seriously.
