I wrote my lyric interpretation on hairydot61's video of this. From what it sounds like, Carter could be attacking the suburban culture of the U.S./U.K and/or making subtle sexual innuendos. So its either an anti-tourist tirade or a major sex song. Either way, I love the way this guy plays guitar and this band gets better every day. They're truly timeless.
I was also in a band that covered this song. I was the singer and had no idea what the hell I was singing, I just loved this beat and I could say Suck It Suck and see, Suck and see! If it's good for you then it's good for me... I definitely took it to be about sex. But the music is what is was all about. These guys were amazing!

Found it recently at a boot sale (before the collectors bought everything), took it to a friend who can make CDs from vinyl, and Voila!!....goddit on CD...yes. Off to get a pair of glasses......
