also as the russians were retreating they used scorched earth tactics, so they were destroying factories, farms, docks and when napoleon reached Moscow, it was a ruined city. So Napoleon's disease-ravaged, starving army is sitting in a ruined city, his only option was to retreat, he could not feed his army if there were no factories or farms, and not to mention typhus. It seems that basically every modern conflict russia is a part of, they use these same tactics, for example: WW1, WW2, e.t.c.

To those arguing about Russia, this trailer is obviously an alternate history (To say how the game allows you to do things differently, basically) because while it may be left ambiguous with Russia being tamed, in reality Napoleon most certainly did not land in England and scuttle the HMS Victory. Considering he's gone on to do further conquests in this 'reality' I think we can assume Russia was a successful invasion.

Artillery support from the navy would be awesome. If you attack a settlement or starfort on shore with land units. Artillery support from the "water" would be nice. Only works if settlement is right on shore or army is within reach of the NAVY with your army on land. It would be a barrage from the waters every 10 secons depending how many ships you brought? LOL

I got about... 4 Regiments (20 slot), 2 National Guards in homeland in EU (1 is 20 slot the other is 18 I think), 1 Royal Guard (20 slot), 1 Highland Guard (20 slot), 1 Italian Guard, (20 slot) 1 Foreign Legion (15 slot) and 1 Royal Scouts (20 slot). I got about 7 I think large star forts (18 slots filled). And got 2 full 20 slot war fleets.
