I don't been to be racist but why do I feel like some of the best music in history came from the Blacks? I mean, just look at Motown. I honestly think that was the best thing to happen to music. The period that Motown hit and blossomed, so many tunes with such drive and passion came out. Bill Withers wrote most of his songs including this one. He stuttered until he was 29, installed airline bathrooms, and picked up music much later in life. So my advice to those 40 people, it's never too late to stop frontin!

I've loved this song since I listened to it on tape back on the farm. Cleaning the calf pens with a pitchfork went by way faster with good tunes on the old barn radio- and this one was played every time. The tape was worn out and almost unintelligible and I'd still listen to it.
