the blonde guy playing Balrog (Vega in the US) is fuckin cheap, he won 4 rounds with a throw. Back in the day, when this game was still new, people didn't stand for that shit. You'd end up getting punched in the face for throwing unless the opponent was dizzy. Those were our rules. And if a throw was accidental you had to give the opponent a free attack. Throwing was too easy in the SF2 games, it was ridiculous, especially when those stupid little kids would play you, throw throw throw all day.
