It was quickly hotfixed but basically what happened is warriors have this talent in the fury tree called rampage, on crits (i believe) u would get one stack of rampage, it would give u bonus attack power. it could stack up to five times. the problem was that after 5 stacks, it wouldnt stop, therefore you could have unlimitless stacks, causing warriors to have unlimitless damage. saw a warrior crit for 33 million in one video :o

Most people did outside of instances since any loading screen would keep the stacks going. So you just kept hopping in and out of the portal pressing rampage and it would keep stacking. I assume the Rampage bug makes rampage stack up infinite times, raising his attack power significantly, leading up to a one-hit knock-out with massive damage ;-)
First of all what spec are you? I prefer MS above all else but that's just me bladestorm=win. But yeah if you spec arms go for sword spec if you can get a solid 2h sword if not then Poleaxe, Maces is kinda shitty atm and make sure to stack ap/crit, but it really does depend on spec for playing style

Most people use ventrilo for voice comms, the integrated one isn't too good. Just use the keyboard until you begin raiding, you'll be fine.
