Tawnya is right there is no justice in Family Court....THAT MUST CHANGE!!! In 2013 the DSM -IV will be updated to the DSM-V. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is published by the American Psychiatric Association and provides a common language and standard criteria for the classification of mental disorders. We need to take action to get PAS recognized in this manual!!
me too...this is happened to me.. My life has been rewritten, I have been acussed with things that never happened, they stop every access.... My children are suffering and now reacting.. 7 years!!
This is happening to me. I have a court date next month. My children are teenagers. I have been grieving with such a heartache. I love my children so much and have been a good mother. My attorney doesn't believe in PAS. I am trying to get an attorney with knowledge of this. I have a divorce decree stating I am the primary caregiver and no one will enforce the decree. I need help to get them back for a relationship with me!
