The Health Care Reform is so wrong. I DON'T NEED HEALTH CARE INSURANCE!! I stay healthy. I'm 22 and I haven't been to the doctor since i was 9. OBAMA IS A THIEF. I have my own life insurance business so i don't want your money. I do feel that every American should have health care and no our taxes will not increase because of this bill. I have a co-worker with diabetes who has been screwed by her insurance co so we who have money and health care are happy for this bill. What happens if you become ill for whatever reason and need to make frequent doctor visits and need prescriptions filled..You may have been fine with out health care but prevention is better than to cure. Hopefully you see the importance of this bill since it has just granted you a path to a longer healthier life.

2. recent national polls shows 55% (the least) favor public option
3. she uses hate and fear mongering... (post american president)
4. IRS enforces healthcare bill... yeah prove it, no where does it state that.

5. the use of reconciliation has always been about how to SAVE money . NOT spend and collect money. Reconciliation was done when R held a majority... yes. You really need to read up on your history, just take 5 seconds and google it. Some of the most prosperous times in the USA were when the top income tax was 70% and higher.
If these people were taxed on the money they (didn't) earn they would actually keep it in the companies and grow the companies. As it is now with a low tax rate on the top quintile they are already taking their money and running.

That 40 billion 'saved' is money that was not put into our educational and health care infrastructures. It is one of the reasons why students are now exiting post secondary hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. It is why doctors need to think about how they are going to pay back their loans instead of opening a practice that serves public good and suits their personal preferences.

That money was taken from government programs, and in case you didn't notice contributed to the massive debt incurred under Bush.
It left money in the pockets of the economic elite and that is about it. Nearly every other person in America, the vast majority have actually seen their wages stagnate for the last 30 years.
High taxes on very high incomes actually benefits everyone. Why? Two choices, keep money to invest in company free from high tax, or take personal income and heavily taxed.

The company is like soil and right now the people at the top are stripping it because they can. You tax that and maybe they decide to keep that money in the company and invest in making the company healthy for all involved instead of purchasing that extra yacht.

Every other industrialized democracy has a public option that co-exists with a vibrant for profit industry. The current monopoly forces us to choose between companies who all share the same motive, make as much money as possible.
Personally I would like my choices to include a company whose primary motive is to provide coverage for their clients. Utilities work like this.

Veteran's Health Benefits
and that awesome health benefit package given to the Senators, Representatives, and other various government employees that THEY don't want us to have for ourselves.
